In an advantaged geographic position, a plain
within Orsara di Puglia, Castelluccio dei Sauri,
Bovino and Borgo Giardinetto, from where the
name of the Cooperative derives. It symbolizes
the anteroom of Tavoliere for all those who come
from Western side, that is Avellino and Benevento.
Considered the Granary of Orsara di Puglia,
besides the “blond gold”, it is possible to admire,
on the plain of River Cervaro, all the best vegetables,
Asparagus, Artichoke, Tomato, Fennel,
Celery, Spinach and Courgettes. The Cooperative
Giardinetto Society is located in Borgo Giardinetto,
in the municipal district of Orsara di Puglia,
18 km far from Foggia along S.S. 90 to Naples
