Artichokes (Cynara Scolimus)
In the province of Foggia Giardinetto Cooperative coordinates, through its associates,
the cultivation of almost 120 hectares of artichokes.
The artichoke of our Cooperative becomes an exclusive product to bring on market,
thanks to the special territory and the favourable pedoclimatic conditions of its production
area. Moreover, having enough assortment, we can produce for both fresh product market
and deep-freezing and canning industry.
Within manufacturing activity the Cooperative employs artichoke in under oil or natural
products.
The cultivation entirely made at integrated production and the constant monitoring by
our technicians permit us to harvest the products at the right degree of ripening.
