Cauliflower (Brassica oleracea L. var. hotrytis L.)
During the last years Giardinetto Cooperative has also been cultivating cauliflower, getting
a extraordinary specialization in crop growing by employing wide fields. The Cultivation
is carried out following the Integrated Production disciplinary, and EUREP GAP rules.
The accurate control of the harvest and its right conditioning process permit to bring on
end-consumer table an always fresh product.
