Tomatoes
The tomato has always been cultivated in the province of Foggia. For many years
Giardinetto Cooperative has been the supplier of raw materials to canning industries; in
these last years after the building of a new transformation laboratory, a part of the cultivated
product is directly manufactured.
Peeled tomatoes, tomato puree and cherry tomatoes supplied by Giardinetto Cooperative
remind us of the tastes of the peasant tradition, rediscovering the smell of an only just
harvested product.
