Parsley (Petroselinum sativum Hoffm.)
Giardinetto Cooperative started this kind of production only in 2004, in the territory of Troia, beginning with very small soils, but its quality and the answer of market have promoted it, so that now parsley is included in the cultivation planning of the Cooperative for future horticultural fields. Integrated Production has also been carried out for parsley and it’s under the close supervision of a specialized technical staff.
The parsley is hand harvested and the same plants can be sliced three times. The wrapping is done immediately on field thanks to skilful workers who slice parsley stalks forming little bunches gathered up with rubber bands. They are soon transported to the conditioning centre and in the cold room for storage.

Packaging
In plastic, cardboard and wooden boxes.
Packaging: Kg. 2,5 and 5 kg. in bunches of gr.125 or gr.250.
