Celery (Apium graveolens L. var. dulce Pers.)
Recently Giardinetto Cooperative has also introduced celery in its productive structure,
being immediately able to get the attention of the big distribution thanks to the quality
of its foodstuffs and their particular wrapping which makes them different from others
on market. The manufacturing way of the conditioning centre permits the wrapping of
the sticks, so to preserve their freshness until they arrive on fruit and vegetable stands
of the big production. Integrated production is used for celery too.
