Traceability is one of the most important process in the chain of agro industrial
production to accomplish customer needs. It is a technical process which doesn’t
have to be exchanged for food safety, that anyway is also guaranteed by Cooperative
Giardinetto through the integrated production and the Certification of the same
processes; therefore traceability is useful to know the course of the foodstuffs and
the companies who have contributed to its production. In this way the end consumer
can see all the steps which have brought to the final product.
